EWC Wash Me! Terms & Conditions

Below is a list of the terms and conditions that we ask clients to agree to upon use of the fleet mobile application.

  • Fleet is for 5 or more commercial vehicles. Pricing is per wash, and will be charged when a wash code is generated. Fleet accounts will be billed a minimum of five washes per month.
  • Total washes for each monthly period will be automatically billed on the first of the month for all codes generated in the prior month.
  • Payment is automatically charged upon issuance of invoice. If the payment process is incomplete, then payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
  • Past due accounts will have 5 days to update the payment method. Past due accounts will be deactivated on the 6th day.
  • All payments must be made via credit card or EFT. Cash or check will not be accepted.
  • This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts.
  • Acceptance of these terms certifies that the signing company is a registered company and the account will be used solely for commercial vehicles.
  • Acceptance of these terms confirms that the user understands they are responsible for all usage and access of the fleet account. The customer is responsible for managing all approved users on the fleet account. This includes adding new users and deactivating users that are no longer authorized.
  • Express Wash Concepts, LLC is not responsible for the unauthorized use of account access or QR codes generated.
  • This agreement is between Express Wash Concepts LLC and the signing company. No subcontracting of any type is allowed unless specifically agreed upon in writing by Express Wash Concepts LLC.
  • Express Wash Concepts LLC has the right to suspend car wash privileges at any time.
  • Express Wash Concepts has the right to decline vehicles, or turn off certain wash features, to protect vehicles and equipment during the wash process.
  • Occasionally a wash location may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or weather-related events.
  • Account cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] and will be processed in 5 business days.
  • If an account is not canceled 5 days prior to the end of the month, the account is still subject to the minimum billing of 5 washes, if applicable.
  • In the event of cancellation, any unredeemed QR codes will still be available to use in the mobile app for 90 days.
